WI: No FDR in 1940?

All on the tin: what if FDR decides not to run in 1940? Who do the Democrats run? Who do the Republicans run? How does this effect the War?

Dems: Hull/Lucas. GOP: No idea. If we're assuming the ETO goes as per OTL to this point then they'll have serious problems splitting the difference between isolationism and internationalism in the party. I'm guessing they stick with Willkie since Taft is too conservative and Dewey too green. Vandenberg for Willkie's VP?
