New Monarchs and Strange Alliances

What if Mary, Queen of England and Philip, Prince of Spain had a son. According to the marriage treaty he would inherit the Netherlands and the County of Burgandy. If ITTL, history continues as IOTL, by the end of the XVIth century we would have 3 Hapsburgs dynasties; Spanish, English and Austrian. At the same time Mary, Queen of Scotland and Francis, King of France have a son, Robert. Would there still be a revolution in the Netherlands? How would the Franco-Scottish Religious War develop?

What if Albert Victor, Duke of Clarence and Helene de Orleans marry and have children? How does the marriage between the British heir to the throne, and the daughter of the pretender to the French throne affect Anglo-French relations? Does it help to restore the monarchy in France? Does it affect relations between republican French governments and the British government? Does it play a roll in a stronger or weaker alliance between Britain and France against Germany in the future?
