The World: 1941
POD: Instead of Capitulating as in OTL, France Fights on during the Battle of France. Despite putting up a spirited defense, the Germans relentlessley push on, taking Paris after a month long seige on July 7th. In a last ditch attempt to fight on, the French government relocates to Toulouse on July 10, the same day Mousalini, in an act of stupidity, declares war on the Allies, invading Southern France. Due to early Italian gains and an inevitable German Victory. The French Government, along with virtually all the French Fleet and a Great Portion of the French Army and thier equipment, escape to Algeria, with the Government reforming in Algiers. France itself has fallen, but the fight will continue.
The Axis Powers had not expected this, hoping that they could force the French Government to declare an armistice. However, the opposite happend, the Allies are now on the Offensive. The Italain Colonies are swollowed up with ease, with the last Italian forces in Libya and East Africa surrendering surrendering on November 1st and November 15th respectivley. Mousalini's September Invasion of Greece also goes horribly wrong and by Mid December, the Last Italian forces have been expelled from Albania.
With the Italain fleet sunk, her colonies lost and talk of Mutiny in the forces, King Victor Emmanuel III dissmises Mousalini on January 7 and attempts to request an armistace. However, Hitler, fearfull that his former ally might change sides, orders that Italy be occupeid and Mousalini reinstalled. Gemran forces enter Rome on the 11th after no resistence, deposing the King and installing the Italian National Socialist Republic, with Mousalini at it's head. Although he has secured his Ally, he is forced to postpone his planned invasion of the Soviet Union.
With virtual complete controll of the Mediteranian, the Anglo-French forces decide to next stirke Sicily, hoping to use it as a base for an invasion of the Italain Penninsula. With only scant Italain Resistance, the Island is taken within five days. Boyed with succes after succes, the Allies could be forgiven for thinking they were beggining to turn the tide, however, there was a new threat, one from the east. And no, it was not Japan...

Interesting. In a way it resembles condor's The Major and the General: Operation Compass succeeds in having an Allied North Africa but with that scenario on steroids in having Greece not fall and Albania liberated along with Sicily occupied.
One nit-pick: Belgian Congo and Ruanda-Urundi would not have been split between the British and the French. It would have remained as it was, run by the Belgians. Just as how the Dutch East Indies and Suriname remained in Dutch hands. The only change those colonies would experience is that the mother-country's government is now simply in exile in London.
Second nit-pick: You need to change French Guiana since there is no vichy equivalent here.
