[1] I doubt being male makes him less religiously fanatic. He ends up dying young anyway from fasting, praying, and the like.
[2] OTL's Katherine of Aragon was born a boy (Alfonso, since the 1478 boy is called Ferdinand). Infante Alfonso later became Pope and lived a long happy life doting on his sole daughter Maria, born before he was Pope of course...

I suppose here Joanna married into Portugal...

I think their son would be John IV as his father would have been John III of Navarre by right of his wife.

I think Maria would replace ITL Catherine instead of Savoy. She's only a year younger than Arthur, and it's more valuable than Savoy.
