After Canada became a Dominion in 1867 and continued to add provinces, what POD could have what becomes Australia and New Zealand join this Dominion? IOTL these countries have a population over 60 million in 2020 and the 4th largest economy of the nations bordering the Pacific.

This is a hard thing to have happen, really. There's a few thousand miles of ocean between Canada and ANZ, and that certainly gets in the way of a united dominion. Perhaps something cuts them off from support from the UK, with both being threatened in turn. A more belligerent US, or a rising Asian power in the Pacific, might fill that role nicely.
British Hawaii & Alaska would be a big help in this scheme. Ideally the rest of Cascadia to boot but that would be before your set date.
At a certain point adding more land makes this less likely, not more. Canada and Australasia are already huge vast territories. Adding more would surely mean you'd divide them up into smaller bits?
You're right, control of the Pacific would be integral to this new federation. Maybe Hawaii becomes a British possession and gets transferred to Canada somehow?
Except after 1900 Hawaii is US territory. Getting it into Canadian hands would be extremely difficult without Hawaii deciding to become independent on its own once it becomes impossible to become a US state without any British/Canadian/Australian intermediary.
The POD is 1867 on Canadian Dominion, no? I mean yeah we’re misfiled in the wrong forum but the opening post clearly says 1867.
You also want Canada to be more Pacific oriented to get on board with the plan—Washington state at least would be a big help population distribution wise. But yeah you’re right, it could be instead Canada plus new Dominion of Alaska/BC/Oregon Territory/Alberta? Hmmm. I think Canada is plausible enough to retain control despite adding max of Alaska/Oregon Territory—but the West would “want in” a lot more strongly and earlier than OTL.
