Could Mexico or Britain participate on either side? Maybe even Spain?

How long could the invasion last before it gets turned back and the US Army liberates occupied lands?

What is the aftermath? Greater nationalism and anti-Germanism? How much does the fiasco weaken Germany's armed forces in WWI?

The USA needs to do something very stupid to Germany first before Imperial Germany will go that far, and Imperial Germany probably needs some strong allies, like Great Britain and Russia, on her side.
