A Worse Terrorist Attack...

What if Al - Quaeda managed to get its hands on the ebola virus :eek: , and found/bribed some people who were stupid enough to fly to the US and pump it into the water supply just to attack the 'evil West.' :( How long until panic ensues in New York, etc.? On second thought, this seems highly implausible, but for the sake of argument, let's say that somehow they are able to pull it off. Thoughts/Comments?

Natural ebola not that contagious. Outbreak would be rapidly contained in USA. Even in highly populous Europe or China it would be contained quickly.
Expect the USA, Israelis, perhaps Russians and Chinese to have weaponised GM forms which are much more contagious.
