Just wondering what would be the effects of a more stable European diplomatic situation starting with the Kaiser being on excellent terms with his family probably starting with not being crippled/brain damaged but also having a happier home life.
Sorry for the brief OP but I don't know very much about the personalities involved but it does seem that the breach in the Royal families preceded the diplomatic and military divergences by decades so it could be an interesting angle for WWI being avoided.
