  1. The XK-BAM map series

I think it must be a bug in Imgur, although I haven't had any problems with it.
  2. The NextGen OTL Worlda Series

QBAM doesn't fit anyway, but maybe this could be better. It would only need correction for white areas like Hawaii and other minor islands.
  3. The Q-BAM Improvement and Core Thread

Does anyone have a patch of the Panama and Suez Canal?
  4. The XK-BAM map series

In my deviantart I have a 9KBAM projection of the antarctic bedrock reduced from VTBAM bathymetric data, maybe you can find it as useful https://www.deviantart.com/spinovenator/art/9KBAM-Bathymetry-Bedrock-998985108
  5. Planetocopia Map Thread

Berlin as the south pole in Robinson (more or less Worlda style) PD: The program used was GProjector
  6. Planetocopia Map Thread

Yes, the original map in grayscale I have in my deviantart a 9KBAM bedrock which I believe is similar to this map version but in colours. It can be useful for you https://www.deviantart.com/spinovenator/art/9KBAM-Bathymetry-Bedrock-998985108

Do you have the normal equirectangular version of this map?
  8. R11-QBAM core thread

This is the reprojection at 11º meridian east with borders, lakes and rivers that GProjector provides.
  9. R11-QBAM core thread

During this past week, I've been working on reprojections of equirectangular maps to see how to adapt them to QBAM and R-QBAM. However, the problem is that I can't get them to align, and I suppose no one else can either. We all know that QBAM is a drawing of a map, it is not a real projection...
  10. The R-QBAM main thread

I guess this one will not conform to the @Tanystropheus42 R-QBAM projection, but I have been doing a reprojection of a version I made of a VTBAM reduced to 9KBAM, to conform to R-QBAM standards. In the end I have made the decision to center the map on the 11th meridian east because it is the...
  11. The Q-BAM Improvement and Core Thread

I have a question about QBAM and R-QBAM: Does the western boundary on the map coincide with the US-Russia maritime border in Alaska (-168.976944 W - 180 = -11.023056 E)? Or is it another number? If no one knows exactly, no problem, I need this information to do a reprojection. In case you don't...

  13. The XK-BAM map series

A reproyection of the most recent QBAM by @Sharklord1 to 8KBAM standards PD: Sorry for so many images, I don't know how to upload larger images PDD: Posted the imgur image as @athgtq16129 said As you all know, the QBAM does not correspond to the equirectangular projection of 8KBAM so many...
  14. The Q-BAM Improvement and Core Thread

I have been wanting to make a map like this during a lot of time. Behold the Antarctic bedrock map in QBAM! I guess it would also work for R-QBAM. It is not 100% accurate, but let's say 90% due to reprojection of a reprojected map that retains certain lines from the previous map, but for the...

Then they could be good resources at least for 2K-BAM
  16. The Q-BAM Improvement and Core Thread

The best resource that I can found a few years ago were these maps from github: topography-master by ahstat. Althought they could be reprojected to QBAM, they would be too pixeled. I think that might be possible to extract a map from GIS but I don't know how
  17. Planetocopia Map Thread

Does anyone have a topographic equirectangular map (or the source) of ETOPO1 bedrock and ETOPO1 ice surface that MSpaint and Gprojector can read?
  18. The Q-BAM Improvement and Core Thread

Does anyone have an equirectangular projection (or a source) of these two maps? I think that they are ETOPO1 ice surface and bedrock respectively
  19. Planetocopia Map Thread

This is the final projection with Greenland, I believe it is 80% accurate.
  20. Planetocopia Map Thread

I don't know how QGIS works. If someone wanna do something like this and doesn't know how, what I do is the following: I place the equirectagular (oblique) projection and center the default GProjector overlay on a blank background at the desired coordinates: Greenland (-45,90) and Antarctica...
